OmniChannel (@OmniChannelCM), a family and veteran-owned business based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is a cross-media business and content-strategy consulting company that improves user experiences.

Our Mission
Rather than working in parallel, communication channels (i.e. New Media, Marketing, Mobile Applications, Promotions) and their supporting resources are designed and orchestrated to cooperate. OmniChannel builds a coherent, evolving, cross-channel experience for your customer base. OmniChannel's consulting strategy does not need to support all possible channels, which is a practical impossibility. Instead, our company implies integration and orchestration of cross-media such that the experience of engaging across all the channels someone chooses to use is efficient and pleasant compared to using single channels in isolation.
This dynamic approach has worked for many of our small business or startup clients in food services, financial, healthcare, government, retail outlets and many other brick-and-mortar enterprises. OmniChannel supersedes multi-channel solutions and includes channels such as physical locations, community, eCommerce, mobile applications, and social media. Utilizing OmniChannel's services will demonstrate that the customer values the ability to engage with your company through multiple avenues at the same time. This way, OmniChannel creates meaningful client relationship experiences that improve user interaction.
Meet the Team
Greg Hudson
Founder & CEO
Greg has owned and managed several businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area, most notably he has been owner and CEO of ACD Telecommunications in Dublin for over two decades. Greg has extensive experience in project development and business management. In his spare time Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Diane and their extended family, exploring the beautiful California outdoors and watching the San Francisco Giants at the ballpark.
Rob Roy Foresman
Founder & CMO
While managing the development of OmniChannel, Rob is also a Ph.D. student of History at North Dakota State University, New Media Marketing Manager at ACD Telecommunications, and enjoys the outdoors and participates in local history through preservation efforts, speaking engagements and educational opportunities. He has over 15 years of new media and marketing experience. Rob also served in the U.S. Army during Operation Enduring Freedom.
